My mothers name is Jackqlean Ann Green, her maiden name was Jackqlean Ann Rigg. She passed away peacefully on 5th January 2005 at the age of 59 My mother in her younger age was a hairdresser, she was born in winson green in birmingham, she married my farther at a very young age of16 im in the wedding photo you couldn't see me as i was safely growing within my beutiful mothers belly, my mother and farther were teenage sweethearts. My mother was 1 of 5 children she has 1 older brother called Tony, and 2 sisters called Tina, who i was named after a sister called Cathy and a younger brother call John. My mother had 2 children with my farther who is called syd green i was their first and then my younger sister Julie, my mother had 3 more children after she separated from my farther, she had my younger sister Dawn, and my younger brothers who are called John and Lea. My mother remarried in her early 40s she married John his name is also Green, she moved to Walshall and was very happy there until she became ill. The thing that hurts me most of all is that she new there was something wrong with her so she went to her doctors only to be told that there was nothing wrong and it was all in her mind, for 18months she believed that the doctor was wrong. Then on the 2nd January she was rushed into hospital she was having breathing problems, this date was on a Monday, Tuesday the hospital ran some tests, Wednesday my mothers husband was told that my mother had cancer, they discussed on that day that my mother would be allowed home and then for her to return the week after so they could start kemo. My stepfarther was told the news at 12.15pm my mother was gone from this world 8 hours and 15 minutes later. So the day they said they could help her was the day they killed her in my eyes anyway, my step farther was going to sue the doctor that told my mother it was all in her mind, when my mother was slowly dyeing for 18 months. If only he would have listened to my mom she would have still been here to day. Now all we have left is her memory which we all cherish so much we love you mom we say that every day we love you mom i never had the chance to tell my mother on the day she was taken from me i never had the chance to hold her one last time her death was so sudden i still carnt beleive it happened i have a lot of anger inside me. To me it seems she was given a hope to live only to be taken away from us 8 hours later. I WILL ALWAYS MISS YOU MY MOTHER , MAY GOD HOLD YOU AND KEEP YOU SAFE X. My mothers mom Minnie Rigg, my grandmother who passed away when i was only a teenager once said to me (Dont cry for the dead cry for the living their in a much better place, this i would choose to believe only for my mother.
